Sanctuary Bay

Sanctuary Bay is a spectacular lakefront community of single-family homes and townhouses. The project is located off Smith Mountain Road (Route 626) near Smith Mountain Dock and Lodge (across from Vista Pointe). The first phase of the project includes 27 single-family lots.  Nearly 90 percent of the the first phase sold within the first month of opening. The multi-family phase is scheduled to open in spring 2008. The single-family homes and some townhouses will have private boat docks, while a community boat dock with individual boat slips will serve other townhouses. A community water system serves all single-family homes and townhouses. The picturesque entrance to Sanctuary Bay is lit by street lights.

The Retreat

The Retreat, located in Union Hall and bordered by the Cliffs, offers 74 waterfront lots and three acreage tracts that vary from flat to gently sloping terrain. The R-1 zoned lots start at $459,900 and go up according to size, acreage, and boat dock availability. The Retreat features already rip-rapped waterfront lots, street lights at the entrance and corners, a community water system, large docks sites approved, and an architectural committee.

The Forum at Westlake

The Forum at Westlake, located on Rt. 122 across from Capps Home Building Center, is a 30,000-square-foot commercial development of The Plyler Group. The bustling, high-track location allows for excellent exposure right off Rt. 122 for both residents and visitors coming to and from the Lake.  Both office and retail spaces are currently available.
